• You may not begin working on your project before 12:00 PM PST on Saturday, January 21st. Ideas may be brainstormed, but no work may be completed before this time.
• Plagiarism is not acceptable and teams with plagiarized work will be disqualified - this includes self-plagiarism. All code must be available on a public repository.
• Teams can have up to 4 members of registered hackers who must be present at the event
• Collaboration between two or more teams is not permitted
